These staff possess the requisite skills with combined philosophy of 'customer service' and are capable of carrying out the following duties:

- Signing visitors in/out, control access and data input
- Announcing visitors
- Receiving phone calls, answering queries, transferring calls
- Escorting visitors
- Issuing of temporary swipe cards
- Coordination of fire –evacuations
- CCTV monitoring
